Pricing built around what your business needs.

Every business is different. Your accounting needs, tax situation, and the level of support you need all play a role in determining the right relationship.

That's why I don't use a one-size-fits-all price list.

My goal is to understand your business first, determine where you need support, and provide clear pricing before we begin working together.

What goes into your pricing?

Pricing depends on the work involved and the level of support you need. Some of the things I consider include:

The complexity and condition of your bookkeeping

Your business structure and tax filing needs

The amount of tax planning needed throughout the year

The level of ongoing guidance and advisory support you want

How often you want to meet or communicate

Any additional projects or circumstances unique to your business

For some clients, these services fit naturally into one ongoing relationship. For others, certain projects or additional work may be priced separately.

Either way, we'll discuss the scope and pricing before the work begins.

Why don't you list prices online?

I don't want to give you a number before I understand what you actually need.

Two businesses with similar revenue can have very different accounting records, tax situations, and expectations for support. A price that makes sense for one may not make sense for the other.

I'd rather take the time to understand your business and give you a price based on the relationship we're actually discussing.

What happens before I receive a quote?

We start with a short conversation about your business, what you're looking for, and how I work. It's also an opportunity for both of us to determine whether working together makes sense.

If we decide to continue the conversation, we'll take a closer look at your needs. Depending on your situation, I'll typically review your prior tax return and accounting records before providing a quote.

There is no pressure to choose a package or decide how much support you'll need on your own. We'll talk through it together.

Start with a conversation.

If you're looking for more than someone who simply files a tax return, I'd be glad to learn more about your business.
